THE ARTS FOR SOCIAL IMPACT

The Arts for Social Impact is a dynamic new approach to employee engagement and education by

“teaching deliberately what the arts does instinctively”

Our brand new ½ day long corporate focused arts experiential is a program centered around an award-winning live show and offers direct artist to employee engagement in a safe and unique environment.

A skilled internationally adept facilitator will lead Catalyst Conversations around the show specific challenging themes such as Diversity, Inclusion, First Nations, BIPOC, Women in Business, Organisational Culture, and LGBTQ.

The arts sector is often seen as counter to the business world but there are many levels at which they overlap surrounding goals and learning objectives. New environments inspire creative approaches to problem solving. Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

Trailblazers in all fields understand change is great, growth can challenge us and both work towards better business practices, employee retention, and world.

Our first offering is In the Arms of Morpheus by ARC Circus Co.

The work uses dynamic and high energy acrobatics, dance, magic and comedy, to tellthe story of one person’s experience with isolation, loneliness, and the impacts of an endless news cycle. In this way, the work explores the notion that the past year of ourlives has felt like it has passed in a dreamlike state; a year spent at home with a pandemic raging outside. We turn to the media and the news to understand the world around us, in what can feel like a constant bombardment of information and misinformation.
